Refund policy

We want you to love your Onoleigh merch. If something isn’t right, here’s how it works.

Returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they’re unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Vinyl must be sealed, and candles must be unburned. Signed posters are final sale.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at oepmusicofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

How to start a return
Email oepmusicofficial@gmail.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll reply with the return address. Items sent back without asking first won’t be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the mistake was ours.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
